FKN12-24

FKN12-24R.D/100-31.5 type indoor AC high-voltage load switch – fuse combination appliance (hereinafter referred to as FN12-24R.D combination appliance) is an indoor high-voltage switchgear combined with FKN24-24D load switch break and S port LAJ-12 (XRNT port-12) high-voltage current limiting fuse. It can reliably open any current up to the short-circuit current: the load switch opens the working current, the fuse opens the short-circuit current and jointly opens any overcurrent between the working current and the full short-circuit current, while the fuse makes the load switch break through its impactor.

Under the specified conditions of use, it can connect and disconnect a certain capacity of unloaded transformer (315KVA indoors, 500KVA outdoors); it can connect and disconnect a certain length of unloaded overhead line (5KM indoors, 10KM outdoors); it can connect and disconnect a certain length of unloaded cable line. The high-voltage load switch is an electrical appliance with functions between high-voltage circuit breakers and high-voltage disconnect switches. The high-voltage load switch is often used in series with high-voltage fuses; it is used to control power transformers. A high-voltage load switch has a simple arc extinguishing device, as it can break certain load currents and overload currents. However, it cannot break short-circuit currents, so it is generally used in series with high-voltage fuses for short-circuit protection with the aid of fuses.

1, the fuse used in series with the load switch should be properly matched, i.e. it should make the fault current greater than the opening capacity of the load switch to ensure that the fuse fuses first, and then the load switch can be broken. 2. When closing the switch, the contact is good and the connection is not overheated. When inspecting the switch, attention should be paid to checking the dirty, cracked, dropped porcelain vase and flashing discharge phenomenon; the switch should not be washed with water (indoor type). (When a high-voltage cabinet controls a transformer, it is best to replace the fuse when the circuit high-voltage cabinet is out of service.) 3、Installed vertically, the switch frame, closing mechanism, cable sheath and protective steel tube should be reliably earthed (not in series). 4、Before operation, several unloaded switching and closing operations should be carried out, each rotating part should be free of jamming, the closing should be in place and there should be sufficient safety distance after the breaking.
