General
Pad-mounted transformer was developed through absorbing foreign latest technology and on basis of domestic condition, the whole equipment has small size, easy to install and maintain, low noise, low loss, anti-theft, high overloading capacity, full protection and etc, suit to work in new living zone, green zone, park, station, hotel, building site,
Pad-mounted transformer is suitable for operating in 10KV, RMU power supply system, twin power supply system or termination power supply system, use as power transformation, metering, reactive compensation, and protection.
Product advantages
◇Full insulation, complete sealing, maintenance almost not needed, protect the safety of personnel;
◇Compact structure, the volume is just 1/3-1/5 of European style substation with same capacity, lower height;
◇lt can adopt the structure of splitting cabins, to avoid the transformer oil being polluted;
◇High voltage side uses dual fuse of full range protected type, further saving cost;
◇RMU or termination switchgears can be selected, at emergency case the cable connector can be pulled out with 200A loading current;
◇The kiosk body made of beehive type compound plate with dual clamping layers, temperature separated and radiating;
◇Low voltage side install electronic phase failure protector, when abnormal voltage happen, it can trip the general switch rapidly;
◇Oil-immersed type load switch or SF6 load switch is used in high voltage side. The motor operated mechanism can be replaced for automatic control in future;
◇Distribution transformer may be S9 series or S11 series with better performances.

◇ Ambient temperature: -35°C~+40°C;
◇ Humidity: Maximum average relative humidity, daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average 90%;
◇ Altitude: ordinary type ≤ 1000 meters; plateau type ≤ 4000 meters;
◇ Seismic capacity: 8 degrees;
◇ The ambient air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapours or salt.

Tests
● Voltage ratio. Polarity and phase relationship test on each tapping
● Resistance of all windings
● No-load current and no-load losses measurement
● Load losses measurement at rated current and frequency
● Impedance voltage measure-ment
● Induced over-voltage and separate source voltage withstand tests
● Impulse voltage withstand test.
● Noise level test
● Oil leakage test
● Overload test at 1 50% rated current for one hour after tempera-ture rise test and hot resistance measurement of (HV- LV)
